The second annual sales fair of cosmetic products and services in Moravia.
The event focuses on cosmetics, hairdressing, hair care, nail design, and nail modeling, as well as manicure, pedicure, and foot care.
Visitors will discover the latest innovations in dermatocosmetics, body contouring, relaxation, and healthy lifestyle trends.
The fair promises an unforgettable experience filled with inspiration, new discoveries, and the latest trends in the world of beauty.
Highlights include thematic lectures, hands-on workshops, and fashion shows.
A special feature of the event will be the transformation of four women—starting with make-up and hairstyles, complemented by styled outfits.
In addition to the World of Cosmetics, the Health Festival will also take place at the exhibition center.
Tickets are valid for both events, as they are thematically linked.

Basic Information
Rental of Exhibition Space:
The event will take place in Hall A, offering a total of 4,000 m² of exhibition space.
Exhibitor Conditions
Setup Times:
- Friday, May 16: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (by prior arrangement at +420 604 670 861)
- Saturday, May 17: 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
Dismantling of Exhibits:
- Sunday, May 18: From 5:00 PM
It is strictly prohibited to dismantle stands or remove goods before the end of the exhibition. A fine of 1,000 CZK will apply for early dismantling.
The exhibition halls will be guarded overnight by a security agency.

Conditions for Exhibitors
Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors are required to register. By ordering a sales space and paying the advance invoice for the rental of the sales space, the exhibitor agrees to the terms and conditions. Ordering a space is conditional upon participation for the entire duration of the exhibition. Once the exhibitor submits the order, the organizer will send an order confirmation and an Advance Invoice. The delivery of the Advance Invoice to the exhibitor establishes a legal relationship between the exhibitor and the organizer, governed by the terms and conditions. By submitting the order, the exhibitor agrees to these terms and conditions.
The exhibitor has no legal entitlement to approval for participation in the exhibition, and the organizer is not obliged to justify any disapproval of participation. Upon payment of the Advance Invoice, a tax receipt will be issued to the exhibitor. The exhibitor must pay the rent for the stand, area, or table by the date indicated on the Advance Invoice.
Cancellations
Cancellations are non-refundable. However, the exhibitor may apply their payment to a subsequent event of a similar type. If an exhibitor pays for a space but apologizes and participates in another sales event on the same date, their payment will be forfeited without refund.
A maximum of two exhibitor identification wristbands will be allocated per sales point and will be valid for the duration of the event.
Exhibition Participation
The exhibitor agrees to keep their stand open until the end of the exhibition and not to begin dismantling or clearing the exhibition area until the event concludes. Dismantling or removing goods before the event's end is prohibited and subject to a fine of CZK 1,000.
Compliance Requirements
The exhibitor must comply with operational safety regulations, all applicable laws of the Czech Republic, technical standards, and safety and fire regulations. Foreign goods are subject to Czech customs regulations and customs control. Additionally, the exhibitor must adhere to supplier instructions and ensure that relevant certificates are available for the goods sold.
Exhibitor’s Liability
- Exhibitors are responsible for the health and authenticity of their exhibits.
- The organizer's instructions must be followed throughout the exhibition.
- Exhibitors are responsible for their exhibits for the entire duration of the exhibition, including set-up and final clean-up.
- After the event, exhibitors must clean up their sales area and the surrounding area. All garbage must be disposed of in designated trash receptacles, and the site must be left in the same condition as when it was handed over.
Liability for Damages
Exhibitors are liable for any damages caused to the exhibition site or its equipment.
Price List for Vendors (excluding catering services)

- 1 table (80 x 80 cm): 900 CZK
- 1 table (80 x 120 cm): 1,100 CZK
- Own stand: 1,000 CZK per meter length
- Rental of an exhibition module: 1,400 CZK per m²
- Showcase (2.5 x 1 x 0.5 m): 2,100 CZK
- Showcase (2.5 x 1 x 1 m): 2,300 CZK
- Glass counter (0.8 x 1 x 0.5 m): 1,300 CZK
- Glass counter (0.8 x 1 x 1 m): 1,600 CZK
- Chair (1 pc): 60 CZK
- Electrical connection: 500 CZK
- Lecture fee: 800 CZK
